The Hinge

The movie follows an unnamed internet hitman who, after one of his previous victims has come back to life, is now out for revenge! so he locks himself away to keep whatever is outside his bathroom door from getting in! As he slowly starts feeling guilty for his actions, he receives food and phone calls from a strange man named Mr. E, who wants to come into his home.
